At the heart of SPT are the research, development and manufacturing team, specialising in the design and provision of high performance North Seeking Gyro and Multi-Shot Magnetic tools.

SPT invests 25% of all revenue on research and development, focusing both on new products and on continually developing upgrades and improvements to existing tools and software.

We recognise that efficiency improvements and optimum drilling performance are not achieved by system acquisition alone. Tools are not enough. They must be combined with comprehensive and relevant training in people to ensure efficient operation. Our Training Team delivers theoretical and practical training along with post sales technical support to all our customers for the life of the equipment.

Additionally, our Senior Training Manager can provide field training once the new SPT system is delivered. Should specific field training requirements arise we can create a bespoke training package to suit your exact requirements.
